250ml (1 cup) milk
Add sugar and water to the pan and prepare the caramel.
Add caramel to the mold and spread it.
Add in a bowl banana, condensed milk, vanilla extract, milk, mix with an immersion blender and add the mixture into the mold.Add mold to the baking dish, pour boiling water and cover mold with a foil.
Bake at 185°C/356°F 20 minutes.
Leave in the fridge to cool for 3-4 hours before serving.
