400g (4 cups) chocolate for cakes with 50% cocoa
200g (1 cup) sugar
1kg (4.4 cups) sweet cow's cheese 20% fat
80g (0.4 cup) semolina
200g (0.8 cup) sour cream
40g (0.3 cup) corn starch
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
Mix cheese, sugar, then add eggs, corn starch, semolina, sour cream, salt and vanilla extract.
Melt the chocolate and leave to cool to room temperature and add to the previously prepared mixture, then pour into a 24 cm mold.
Bake at 150 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
Leave the cake in the fridge for 6-8 hours before serving.
