400g (2 1/2 cups) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
80g (4 tbsp) corn flour
40g (2 tbsp) milk powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
7g dry yeast
3 tbsp vegetable oil
450ml (1 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) warm water
In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast. Add in the flour and all the rest of the ingredients. Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
Transfer the dough to the cooking bag and fry little balls in the hot oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
