Press the dough into a spider strainer and the result will be speechless!INGREDIENTS
Dough: 300g (2 cups) Flour 200ml (1 cup) Warm milk 30g (2 tbsp) Butter 10g (1 tbsp) Sugar 5g (1 tsp) Dry yeast 1 Egg Filling: Hazelnut cream Decoration: Hazelnut grains METHOD
In a bowl add milk, melted butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix it and add flour. Knead the dough and leave it for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into balls. Put each ball into a skimmer and spread a little bit. Fill with hazelnut cream. Close and put in a baking pan. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Cover the balls with whisked egg and decorate with hazelnut grain.
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
Serve with some icing sugar.
