8 slices beef;
8 slices cheese;
8 slices ham;
3 eggs;
Breadcrumbs;
Flour.

METHOD

Use a meat mallet to even out thin slices of beef. Season them on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place a piece of ham on top of the beef slice, add some cheese and roll tightly.
Dredge each roll in flour, then dip into eggs and cover in breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumbs coating.
Fry each roll for approximately 10 minutes or until deep golden and cooked through.
