Ingredients :

All purpose flour/maida : 1 and 1/2 cups/180 grams
Condensed milk : 3/4 cup/180ml
sugar : 2 table spoons
Oil /melted butter :1/2 cup
Baking powder : 1 and 1/2 tea spoon
Baking soda : 1/2 tea spoon
Warm water : 1 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon

For garnishing

Cherries as needed
Whipping cream : 1 cup (I used non dairy whipping cream)
For sugar syrup :

Sugar : 1/3cup
Water : 250 ml

My 1 cup measures 250 ml

Baking time : 30 to 35 minutes or insert a skewer or knife if it doesn’t comes out clean bake for 5 more minutes

Baking temperature : 180 degrees Celsius
