Fluffy like a cloud, here're all the tips to make this at home!INGREDIENTS
250g (1 ½ cups + 1 tbsp) flour
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast
1 egg
140 ml (5/8 cup) milk
40g (3 tbsp) butter
Flour (to sprinkle on top)
METHOD

In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, sea salt and dry yeast.
Add milk and egg to the bowl and stir slightly with a spatula. Then use a hand mixer with dough hooks and knead for a few minutes till the dough combines.
Add in butter and knead till you receive an elastic dough.
Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth or plastic wrap, and allow the dough to rise twice in a warm place.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured working surface and divide it into 10 parts.
Shape each piece into a ball. Cover balls with a kitchen cloth or plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes.
Take a ball, flatten it a bit and shape it into a drop shape.
Take 2 drop shape pieces and pull them together. Continue with the other balls until you have 5 double pieces, then arrange them into an angel food pan. Let rise for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 160C/320F.
Sprinkle some flour on top of the bread and bake for 17-20 minutes.
