Ingredients :

One whole egg (room temperature)
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Lemon juice : 1 table spoon
Oil : 1 cup/240ml

You can add 1/2 tsp of mustard paste or powder, I don’t like mustard flavour so I skipped it.

You can store upto 7 days in an airtight container in refrigerator
