INGREDIENTS 550g ground beef salt pepper bread crumb Parmesan cheese 1 egg paprika puff pastry ham 300g baby spinach stringy cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Season the ground beef and spread it out onto a sheet of parchment paper. 2. Add the ham, sautéed baby spinach, and the cheese. Roll everything up. 3. Braid the puff pastry around the meatloaf and brush the top with egg wash. 4. Bake at 180°C for 35/40 minutes.
Tuna loaf with potatoes:
INGREDIENTS 400g of potatoes salt pepper 1 egg 70g of parmesan 350g of drained tuna parsley black olives breadcrumbs to taste
PREPARATION Boil and mash the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, parsley, egg, Parmesan and drained tuna. Add lemon zest to give more flavour. Form a compact mix and give it the shape of a loaf dough. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 200°. Once ready, wait for it to cool and serve.
