INGREDIENTS3 eggs
60g (5 tbsp) sugar
45ml (3 tbsp) lemoncello
60ml (¼ cup) milk
8g (2 tsp) salt
500g (3 1/3 cups) flour
50g (3 ½ tbsp) melted butter
METHOD
Add flour, sugar and salt to the bowl.
Stir a little, then add eggs, milk, melted butter and lemoncello. Knead the dough. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then cut it.
Fry in hot oil and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve.
