INGREDIENTS sandwich bread mozzarella breadcrumbs 5 tbsp milk 2 eggs, beaten

DIRECTIONS Place a slice of mozzarella between two slices of sandwich bread. Cut the sandwich into 4 triangles. Dip each triangle in a mixture of egg, milk, salt, and pepper then cover them in breadcrumbs. Fry them in plenty of hot oil. We suggest slicing the mozzarella and refrigerating it ahead of time so that the slices lose the excess milk and dry up a bit.

INGREDIENTS sandwich bread provolone cheese bacon

DIRECTIONS Flatten a slice of sandwich bread with a rolling pin. Place a slice of provolone cheese (or any type of stringy cheese you prefer) and roll it up. Wrap a slice of bacon around the bread and provolone. Heat up a non-stick frying pan and let the roll-ups cook for 3/5 minutes per side. Serve hot!
