INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
Water
Vinegar
Tomato sauce
2 Tomatoes
2 cloves Garlic
Olive oil
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
5g (1 tsp) Paprika
5g (1 tsp) dry thyme
Baguette
200g (1 cup) Grated cheese

METHOD

Grate the tomatoes. In an oiled pan add garlic and grated tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Cook it a little bit.
In a pot put the eggs. pour the water and add some vinegar. Cook them. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and grate them.
Cut the baguette into slices and place them in a pan. Put the tomato sauce on top of them and add grated eggs. Bake at 200 C for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Serve.
