How to make the most delicious chocolate cake without the oven!INGREDIENTS
240g (2 cups) all-purpose flour;
50g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder;
16g baking powder;
1 tsp vanilla powder;
250g (1 ¼ cup) sugar;
120ml (½ cup) vegetable oil;
1 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice;
170ml (3/4 cup) milk;
300g (2 cups) milk chocolate;
120ml (½ cup) cream;
1 tbsp (15 g) butter.

METHOD

Whisk flour, baking powder, cocoa and vanilla together.
Separately combine sugar, oil, lemon juice and milk. Pour liquids into dry ingredients and whisk until smooth batter forms.
Grease one 16 cm baking pan with vegetable oil and layer the bottom with parchment.
Pour the batter into the baking pan, cover with foil and steam for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Leave to cool down completely.
Melt chocolate with butter and cream. Let cool down slightly.
Pour chocolate ganache on top of the cake and let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
