1 tsp vanilla sugar
200g yogurt
350g flour
12g baking powder
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar

METHOD

Pour an egg into a bowl, add sugar, yogurt, flour, baking powder and mix well. Get a dough, flatten it and cut into medium circles.
Cut a line in the center of each circle. Fry until golden brown. Coat with icing sugar to serve.
