Prepare the batter by combining the flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk and yeast. 3. Add the zucchini and pepper to the batter. 4. Pour a spoonful of the batter into hot oil and let it cook for 2/3 minutes per side. 5. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS prawns zucchini egg wash breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS 1. Clean the prawns, roll them up in a thin slice of zucchini. 2. Use a toothpick to close the roll up. Dip them in egg wash and then cover them in breadcrumbs. 3. Fry them or bake them at 180°C for 10 minutes. 4. Serve them with some dipping sauces.

Continue alternating the layers until you have filled the pan. Cover with a generous dusting of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. 4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes and serve.
